Modeling of UHF voltage multiplier for radio-triggered wake-up circuits
- Autor:
Jiang Wang
- Resumen:
Wake-up circuits harvest electromagnetic energy emitted by radio devices, and they can be implemented using ultra-high frequency (UHF) voltage multipliers. In this letter, we derive an analytical model of the UHF voltage multiplier. The model is compliant with HSPICE circuit simulations, and it allows for short design time of voltage multipliers for radio-triggered wake-up circuits

Generation of current mode filters using NAM expansion
- Autor:
Ahmed M. Soliman
- Resumen:
Systematic synthesis method to generate a family of current mode band-pass–low-pass circuits based on nodal admittance matrix (NAM) expansion is given. Eight equivalent circuits are obtained, five of them are new. The NAM expansion is also used to generate thirty two equivalent current mode universal filters using four BOCCII or BOICCII or a combination of the two types

Universal basis for ranking small-signal aspects of compensation techniques for operational amplifiers
- Autor:
Edward M. Cherry
- Resumen:
A multi-pole gain-bandwidth theorem sets an upper bound to the bandwidth that can be achieved with specified DC gain and external load capacitance, for a given selection of transistors and operating points. Most practical compensation techniques degrade the actual bandwidth

Two-switch flyback PWM DC-DC converter in continuous-conduction mode
- Autor:
Dakshina Murthy-Bellur
- Resumen:
The two-switch flyback DC-DC converter is an extended version of the conventional single-switch flyback converter. An additional switch and two clamping diodes serve as a simple, but an effective way to limit the switch overvoltages, which occur in the conventional single-switch flyback converter due to ringing. This paper presents a detailed analysis and design procedure of the two-switch flyback converter operated in continuous-conduction mode (CCM). A comparison of power losses of the two-switch and the single-switch flyback converters is given
